Michael Blitzer is a Founder and Managing Partner of Inflection Point, the leading financial sponsor of companies at the intersection of national security, technology, and critical infrastructure. Across eight announced or closed public listings, he has led Inflection Point’s portfolio of strategically important assets, including more than $5B of capital raised to catalyze growth across the portfolio. He has led billions of dollars in strategic M&A to scale portfolio companies into multi-billion-dollar public leaders in their respective industries.

As Chairman of USA Rare Earth (Nasdaq: USAR, formerly Inflection Point II) since its 2025 public listing, Mr. Blitzer has overseen a nearly tenfold increase in market capitalization through M&A and the landmark $3B public-private partnership with the United States Government. He also led the public listing of Intuitive Machines (Nasdaq: LUNR, formerly Inflection Point I), where he remains a director, helping transform the company into a leading lunar exploration company. In 2024, Intuitive Machines became the first private enterprise to successfully land on the Moon with its landmark IM-1 mission.

Mr. Blitzer is also Lead Director of Merlin Labs (Nasdaq: MRLN, formerly Inflection Point IV), a leading AI-enabled autonomous flight company. He is set to join the boards of Pasqal Holding SAS, a leading quantum computing company for which Inflection Point led its $250M PIPE, and Quantum Space (Nasdaq: QSPC, currently Inflection Point VI), where he will serve as Lead Director.

He remains Chairman of the Board of Inflection Point III (Nasdaq: IPCX), which has announced a business combination with A1R water; Inflection Point V (Nasdaq: IPEX), which has announced a business combination with GoWell; and Inflection Point VIII (Nasdaq: IPHX).

Previously, Mr. Blitzer was the Founder and CEO of Kingstown Capital Management, which he founded in 2004 with author and investor Joel Greenblatt, and grew into a multi-billion-dollar asset manager serving some of the world’s largest endowments and foundations until 2021. He began his career at J.P. Morgan in 1999, advising companies globally on private debt and equity capital raises. Mr. Blitzer taught courses at Columbia Business School in the 2010s and later joined the board of the Heilbrunn Center for Investing at Columbia. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from Cornell University.

Kevin Shannon is a Founder and Partner of Inflection Point Asset Management. Mr. Shannon has been CEO of Inflection Point VI (Nasdaq: IPFX) since December 2025 and serves as COO of Inflection Point III (Nasdaq: IPCX), a special purpose acquisition company which announced the signing of a definitive agreement for its initial business combination with Air Water Ventures Holdings Limited. Since September 2025, Mr. Shannon has served as the COO of Inflection Point V (Nasdaq: IPEX), a special purpose acquisition company which announced the signing of a definitive agreement for its initial business combination with GOWell Technology Limited. He previously served as Chief of Staff of Inflection Point II (Nasdaq: IPXX) from March 2023 until the completion of its initial business combination with USA Rare Earth, Inc. in March 2025, as Chief of Staff of Inflection Point I (Nasdaq: IPAX) from March 2021 until the completion of its initial business combination with Intuitive Machines, Inc. in February 2023, and as the COO of Inflection Point IV (Nasdaq: IPDX) from July 2025 until the completion of its initial business combination with Merlin Labs, Inc. in March 2026. In his role as COO of IPCX, IPDX and IPEX, and Chief of Staff for IPXX and IPAX, Mr. Shannon was an active participant in all target search, negotiation, and due diligence workstreams. Mr. Shannon also currently serves as Capital Markets Advisor for Intuitive Machines, Inc. and as Special Advisor to USA Rare Earth, Inc. Prior to Inflection Point Asset Management, Mr. Shannon was a Principal at The Venture Collective from April of 2023 to March of 2024 helping to source and diligence later stage investments for the venture capital firm. Before that, Mr. Shannon was a Senior Analyst at Kingstown Capital from March of 2021 to March of 2023. Mr. Shannon began his career in Equity Capital Markets at Bank of America, spending time working across the Technology, Industrials, Equity-Linked, and SPAC teams within ECM. Mr. Shannon holds a B.A. from Colgate University.

Adam Saks has served as the CFO of Inflection Point Asset since January 2026. He currently serves as the CFO of Inflection Point VI and Principal of A. Saks Advisory. Prior to Inflection Point Asset Management, Mr. Saks served as CFO of Aksia, Executive Director of Corporate Finance - Head of FP&A at Perella Weinberg Partners, and as VP of FP&A at Fortress Investment Group. Mr. Saks holds a B.B.A. in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin.

Dylan Chan has served as Chief of Staff at Inflection Point Asset Management since May 2026. Prior to joining Inflection Point, Mr. Chan served as a Technology Investment Banking Analyst at Cantor. He began his career at Boeing as a Rocket Propulsion Engineer on NASA’s SLS Program. Mr. Chan holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College.
